Separate accidents claim life of two women in Horry County

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Two separate Horry County accidents claimed the life of two women on Friday night, according to Horry County Deputy Coroner Michelle McSpadden. The second fatal accident took place in Horry County when a car struck a pedestrian on SC-9 bypass around 7:55 p.m. Eunice Leal-Jimenez, 25 years old, died as the result of a vehicle accident at Hwy 548 and Wayside Drive. The victim is identified as Patricia Soles, 58 years old, from Loris, according to McSpadden. These collisions are being investigated by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

Two dead in overnight crashes

Eunice Leal-Jimenez, 25 years old, died at Grand Strand hospital from her injuries. She is originally from Mexico but was living in Conway. Two children were also in the pickup truck and sustained non-life threatening injuries.
