2 die on crash on Interstate 95 in South Carolina

Cpl. Sonny Collins said a minivan and a car collided after one of the car's tires blew. Collins said the vehicles ended up in the median and the minivan hit a tree, killing the driver and front-seat passenger.

UPDATE: Victims identified in fatal crash on Interstate 95 in Florence County

Both of the victims were from Maine, von Lutcken said. He identified them as Layn Wilbur, 44, of Hancock, Maine, and Cinnamon Riddell, 45, of Sullivan, Maine.
