Rapid City man dies of crash injuries

On the afternoon of Aug. 19, Davis' car ran off of Skyline Drive, rolling down a cliff onto its roof on the road below.
Clifton Davis, 27 of Rapid City, died on August 22 after he was injured in car crash on August 19. Davis' car ran off of Skyline Drive, rolling down a cliff onto its roof on the road below. When first responders arrived, Davis was unresponsive. Alcohol was determined to be a factor in the accident.
