A single-vehicle crash ends the life of 20-year-old Victoria Blevins in Sequatchie County. Blevins was driving on Valley View Highway Sunday morning when her vehicle exited the road and flipped several times before landing upside town in the ditch. The impact of the crash caused Blevins to be partially ejected from the car, and she died at the site of the crash.
