Comments

Why did Roy Simmons do exactly that made the police officer to even turn on his blue lights? Why did the police officer attempt to stop the vehicle Roy Simmons was driving? Why did the officer continue to persue the vehicle, knowing the Police Dept's car crash policy? Where can i get a copy of the police report?
