1 dead, several injured in I-40 crash in East Knox County
At least one person is dead and several others are injured after a multiple vehicle wreck Tuesday in East Knox County.
The crash was reported around 6 p.m. between the Midway Road exit and the Sevier County line. The Knox County Sheriff’s Office says one person was killed in the crash and two people were airlifted to UT Medical Center.
