Men identified in fatal West Knox County crash
James Cryder, 19, died after he crashed on Solway Road in Hardin Valley. Jacob Raby, 20, was a passenger riding with Cryder, according to the Knox County Sheriff's Office. Raby is being treated at University of Tennessee Medical Center.
