1-year-old critically injured in car accident

WMC Action News 5 is working to learn more about the accident. 
A 1-year-old is in critical condition and two others non-critical after a car accident at Shelby Drive and Tchulahoma Road in Memphis. None of the children had proper restraints, and all three were taken to the hospital. The driver of the SUV containing the children, identified as Bomesia McFadden, now faces charges of child abuse, driving without a license, and aggravated assault.
