A teenager has died and two other people were injured after a crash early Thursday in Nashville that followed a short police pursuit. One person was killed and two others were injured after a crash involving a stolen vehicle in Nashville. Police say a Toyota Camry that had been reported stolen and identified from several armed robberies was spotted by officers who attempted to initiate a traffic stop. The driver of the Camry began to speed away from police when the car hit a curb and then slammed into a parked truck, forcing the truck into a home along Jefferson Street near Dr. DB Todd Jr. Boulevard. The Camry came to a rest flipped against the back of the truck. Nobody inside the home was injured. A teen passenger inside the Camry died at the scene, and the other two occupants were taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment of their injuries, which didn't appear to be life-threatening, officials said. The identities of the people inside the car haven't been released.
