Smyrna motorcyclist killed in crash is identified
Rajaphoumy was riding his 2007 Kawasaki south on Murfreesboro Pike. A northbound Chevrolet Cobalt, driven by Thomas Speck, 59, of La Vergne, was attempting to turn left onto Old Hickory Boulevard and pulled into the motorcycle's path, according to the preliminary investigation.
The motorcycle collided with the Cobalt and a 2010 Chrysler 300.
