Doss was driving a 2009 Dodge Charger westbound on I-24 near milemarker 66 at about 70 miles per hour when for an unknown reason, the vehicle ran off the roadway to the left, struck a sign and then a concrete wall, according to a report from THP Sgt. Travis Plotzer.
