A Vernon College Rodeo Team member died in a crash in Haskell County on Saturday evening. Two teammates were also seriously injured.

Vinita Jean Trevino, 19, of Petrolia, Texas was transported to Hendrick Medical Center following the accident on Saturday evening. Trevino was pronounced dead at the hospital.
