Law enforcement investigating after 1 killed in hit and run in Williamson County

The sheriff’s office said the roadway is closed. Law enforcement is investigating the crash and people are advised to seek an alternative route.

Texas DPS identifies cyclist killed in Williamson County crash

The suspect has been described as a Hispanic male between the height of 5'8 - 5'10, with a thin build wearing a red/white shirt.

A 2006 GMC Yukon was traveling west on Ronald Reagan when it went onto the shoulder where 59-year-old Donald Prado of Georgetown was riding a bike.

Authorities identify suspect in deadly Williamson County hit-and-run

The Williamson County Sheriff's Office said they, along with the Texas Department of Public Safety, are looking for 42-year-old Julio Tapia Arellano. They believe Arellano hit and killed Donald Prado, 59, and then ran away from the scene on foot.
