The crash happened around 4:57 Sunday morning when the driver crashed into a concrete support beam on Research Boulevard and 360.
Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene just after 5:10 a.m.
The southbound 183 access road and on ramp are closed as police investigate the cause of this crash
