This is Austin's 14th fatal traffic crash and the 14th fatality of 2015. At this time in 2014, there were five fatality crashes and seven fatalities.

Police received a call just before 1:30 AM concerning a car accident at Loyola Lane and Millrace Drive. The driver crashed into a tree and the car then rolled over. A man was trapped inside the car and a woman was ejected from the vehicle. The woman was sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The man, identified as Andrew Ibarra, 22, was found dead at the site of the accident. The crash is under investigation. We will update this story with new details as they become available.
