The accident happened near Park Road 22 and Sea Pines Dr. Police at the scene tell us the driver, 21, was attempting to leave the beach when he took the turn to fast and rolled his truck over into the dunes.
To make matters worse, he was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the truck during the crash.
