Maria Rodriguez de Vizcarra, 65, Raquel Vizcarra, 32, Mirna Vizcarra, 42, and Maria Morales, 53, dead in two-vehicle crash on Webb Chapel Road and Park Lane in Dallas, Texas

DALLAS '€” Four women died when the driver of a pickup truck crashed into their car late Saturday night. Witnesses told police the driver of the pickup fled after the crash. The truck was heading northbound on Webb Chapel Road when it collided with the other vehicle, which was turning into the northbound lanes at Park Lane. The driver and three passengers in the car '€” ages 38, 42, 55 and 65 '€” were pronounced dead at the scene, which was littered with debris and broken glass. Investigators are still trying to determine the sequence of events that led to the deadly impact.

Dallas police arrested a driver involved in a crash that killed four women. The women were Jehovah'€™s Witnesses and attended a church just a few blocks from the site of the crash. Church members said the women were devoted to their faith and spent much of their time going door-to-door in the neighborhoods around Love Field to share their faith. The driver of the truck attempted to run away from the scene after the crash, but was caught.

Dallas police say a 19-year-old man has been charged with four counts of accident involving death after four women were killed when his pickup slammed into the side of their car.Senior Cpl. Monica Cordova said Monday that Jose Lule has been charged in the Saturday crash. It was unclear whether he had an attorney.Police say Lule was arrested near the accident scene after trying to flee. Three others in his truck also ran but were caught.Cordova says Lule and his three passengers will each be charged with failure to stop and render aid.Television station KXAS reports the Dallas County medical examiner's office identified the victims as: 65-year-old Maria Rodriguez de Vizcarra; 55-year-old Maria Morales; 42-year-old Mirna Vizcarra; and 38-year-old Raquel Vizcarra.
