The crash happened at Webb Chapel Road and Valwood Parkway after a man fleeing a hit-and-run in Carrollton hit into her vehicle, police said.

30-year-old Rosanely Frire has been killed after being hit by Adam G. Quiros, 27 who was under the influence of alcohol. The accident occured at the corner of Valwood Parkway and Webb Chapel Road. The driver of the car that Frire was riding in has been injured but is expected to make a full recovery. According to authorities, Quiros attempted to flee the scene of an accident earlier where he hit two other cars. Quiros will face charges once being release from the hospital.
