Fort Worth fire officials said an 18-wheeler was going northbound on Interstate 35W near southeast 28th Street when it struck a concrete median barrier, sending the barrier into the southbound lanes.
Accident investigators have not yet determined whether the SUV was struck by the barrier, the tractor-trailer or another vehicle, or if it went off the bridge trying to avoid a collision.
