Stacey Daily, 40, and Jessica Lee Harris, 34, killed, and several injured in head-on car collision with church van on Texas Highway 377 near Mineral Wells, Texas

A collision Friday afternoon involving a church van left two dead on Texas Highway 377 north of US 180 just at approximately 5:30 p.m. Friday. A 2010 Mitsubishi heading northbound on TX 377 and a 1999 Chevrolet passenger van traveling south on TX 377 crashed head-on. The driver of the Mitsubishi was pronounced deceased at the crash site. The driver of the church van died Saturday morning. The driver has been identified as 40-year-old Stacey Daily.  Every occupant in the van was injured and transported to several hospitals. The cause of the crash has not yet been determined.
