Paul Robert Miltenberger, a sophomore at the University of Missouri, was not in a designated cross-walk area, when he was hit and killed on Mockingbird Lane near North Central Expressway in Dallas.

A big rig crash on Interstate 45 resulted in the spilling of up to 200 gallons of diesel fuel. The cause of the crash is not yet known and the name and condition of the driver have not yet been released.
