According to Texas Department of Public Safety officials, Rodolfo Calderon-Hernandez, 44, of El Paso was driving a 2011 Nissan truck west toward El Paso on US 62/180 about 30 miles east of Dell City near the Guadalupe Mountains National Park on Wednesday around 11 p.m.
