The preliminary investigation indicated a blue 2010 Chrysler Town and Country passenger van traveling north on Centerline Road failed to yield the right of way, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety. As a result, a silver 2007 Ford Windstar passenger van traveling east on FM 106 hit the Chrysler at the intersection.
