One man dead, one hospitalized following ATV crash in San Carlos
Preliminary investigation showed that two people aboard a blue Yamaha ATV disregarded a stop sign and drove into a drainage ditch, according to Lt. Johnny Hernandez of the Texas Department of Public Safety. The crash occurred at about 2:40 a.m. at the intersection of 83 1/2 Street and Tex-Mex Road.
