UPDATE: Police identify suspect in fatal Weslaco crash
Michael James Rowlett, 20, has been identified as the driver behind the wheel of a truck that crashed into another vehicle, killing a 57-year-old Weslaco man. Rowlett, also from Weslaco, is set to be arraigned at the Weslaco Municipal Court Sunday morning. He is being charged with intoxicated manslaughter, according to a Weslaco PD spokesperson.
