Pedestrian dies in hit-and-run collision in north Harris County
Deputies said they found the woman, whose name has not been released, lying in the middle of the street. She died at the scene.
A witness told investigators, deputies said, the woman was walking in the road when a small, white sport utility vehicle hit her.
