A woman was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Cypress Saturday night.
Man arrested after returning to fatal accident scene in Cypress
Stratton apparently made one stop after the accident before driving home and calling his parents, who told him to return to the scene, the release said. He then called 911 and was told to go back to the accident scene.
A woman is dead after a hit-and-run accident in Cypress, Texas Saturday night. The woman was struck by a car at approximately 7 PM on Fry Road and Tealbrook Drive. The woman was transported to North Cypress Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased. The driver, Joseph Stratton, initially fled from the scene. After returning home and calling his parents and 911, he was convinced to return to the scene of the accident, where he was arrested.
