Rescue crews had to pry a driver out of his SUV after a major rollover crash in northwest Harris County.
Rescue crews had to pry a driver out of his SUV after a major rollover crash in northwest Harris County. The accident happened around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday when the SUV turned left onto Spring Creek Forest from the eastbound lanes of Louetta. Officials said it appeared the vehicle turned right in front of another car traveling west, and the car crashed into the side of the SUV, causing it to flip over. The driver of the SUV was pinned inside the vehicle and had to be pried out by emergency crews. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition. The car's driver was taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition. Names of those involved were not immediately released. It's not clear if alcohol played a role in the crash.
