Fernando Razo arrested for DWI and manslaugter after two car crash kills 19-year-old woman in Harris County.

Police said a woman is dead and a man is facing charges after a drunk driving crash in southwest Houston.

It happened at around 8 p.m. Sunday in the 9800 block of South Kirkwood.

According to police, Fernando Razo was in a white pickup truck on northbound on Kirkwood. Officials said a 19-year-old woman was driving a black Honda Accord westbound on Spring Grove.

As the Honda was leaving a stop sign to turn left at the intersection of Kirkwood, Razo's truck struck the Honda on the driver's side, killing the victim, police said.

Razo fled the scene on foot, but was taken into custody by officers a short time later, police said.

Fernando Razo, 28, faces intoxication manslaughter charges.
