A 64-year old man identified as Donald Brown was struck and killed in a crosswalk Thursday at Cullen Boulevard and Knoxville Street in Houston, TX. The driver of a Volkswagen Beetle, Edwin Jerome Watson, hit the man and did not stop at the scene. Police later apprehended the driver in Pearland, after a tip.
