The victim was driving a silver Nissan Rogue westbound on Harrisburg when she failed to maintain a single lane, possibly to avoid another vehicle. The Nissan went over the curb, into the eastbound lanes, and struck a concrete pole. Paramedics pronounced the driver deceased at the scene.
