Male pedestrian, 22, killed in collision with alleged drunk driver Vivian Vonell Vance, 48, on Galveston Road in Houston, Texas
SUSPECT ARRESTED, CHARGED IN FATAL CRASH AT 15000 GALVESTON ROAD
Vance was driving a burgundy Nissan Quest southbound on Galveston Road when she struck the victim, who was walking in the roadway. Vance stopped at a Shell Gas station a short distance away and remained at the scene. The victim was then struck a second time by another vehicle that also remained at the scene.
