Chase leads to fatal crash in north Webb County
At about 5:35 p.m., Laredo North Border Patrol agents saw a suspicious vehicle driving northbound on the west access road on Interstate 35.
Agents said they attempted to pull the vehicle over, but the driver refused. They then used a controlled tire deflation device to try to stop the vehicle. However, the driver attempted to avoid the device and lost control of vehicle, which then rolled over.
