Pastor dies in 4-vehicle crash
Menasco, 44, was driving a Buick LeSabre westbound on Andrews Highway when he ran a red light at the Midland Drive intersection, according to city spokeswoman Sara Bustilloz. His vehicle was hit by a northbound Dodge bucket truck operated by an Oncor employee, who had the right of way, she said.
