SAPD: Wrong-way driver killed in head-on collision in northeast San Antonio

The driver of the truck was pronounced dead at the scene. He's been identified as 31-year-old Randy Dwain Fuselier, Jr.
A wrong-way driver was killed in a head-on collision on Interstate 35 Tuesday. Police said witnesses saw a driver in a white truck going the wrong way on Interstate 37, near E. Houston Street, around 2 a.m. The man reportedly continued onto the southbound lanes of I-35 -- still going the wrong way -- and collided with a green Buick near Binz-Engleman Road. The driver inside the car was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center with several fractures, including a knee injury, and was in stable condition, according to the San Antonio Police Department. The driver of the truck was pronounced dead at the scene. He's been identified as 31-year-old Randy Dwain Fuselier, Jr. Police said the wreck is still under investigation.
