Man in critical condition after bike crash on East Side

Officers said the man in his 20's lost control of his bike, slammed into a light pole, and then a bridge median. The driver was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.

Motorcyclist crashes on Loop 410

Police said the 23-year-old man lost control of his bike and drove down a grassy area. He was wearing a helmet at the time.
Loop 410 has been shut down to one lane on the south side after a motorcycle crash on Sunday night. It happened around 7:30 p.m. on Southeast Loop 410 and Southton on the East bound lanes. Officers said the man in his 20's lost control of his bike, slammed into a light pole, and then a bridge median. The driver was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition. Crews have closed down Loop 410 East to just one lane, while they investigate.
