Ana Wright, 46, was pronounced dead at 1:23 a.m. Saturday at the scene of the crash in the 10300 block of U.S. 90.
A woman who died Saturday morning after causing a wrong-way collision on the West Side has been identified. Ana Wright, 46, was driving east in the westbound lanes on U.S. 90. when her SUV struck a vehicle driven by Robert Allen McEntyre, 48. The collision caused both vehicles to burst into flames, and both Wright and McEntyre were pronounced dead at the scene. A third driver in a silver Lexus was taken to the hospital and is listed in critical condition after his vehicle was also struck by Wright's SUV
