Hit and run: Elderly man struck by jeep while crossing the street

Police are searching for a driver who hit an elderly man crossing a Southeast Side street early Saturday.
A 74 year old male pedestrian was injured after a Jeep hit him when he was walking across Fair Avenue near Stanfield Avenue in San Antonio, TX.  The man was transported to San Antonio Military Medical Center.  After hitting the man, the driver of the Jeep left the scene, traveling east on Fair Avenue, leaving his front bumper behind.
