A male in his 20's was injured in a motorcycle accident on Interstate 10 at NW W. White Road in San Antonio, TX when his motorcycle ran into the back of a flat bed truck at high speed. The crash caused him to lose control and fall from his bike. His helmet came off when he fell, and he was transported to San Antonio Military Medical Center.
