Police: No charges expected in fatal SW Side crash

Police said drugs or alcohol did not appear to be a factor in the crash, and no charges are expected to be filed.
At around 4:15pm, a female passenger in a Nissan was critically injured after it's driver rear-ended a car that was waiting at a red light, which then caused that car to collide with two other vehicles in a domino-effect. The woman was taken to a hospital before being pronounced dead, and the driver who caused the crash claims to have blacked out just before the collision. This and the fact that no drugs or alcohol were invloved in the accident mean no charges will be filed.
