A driver plowed into a home Friday night leaving a San Antonio homeowner with a big mess to clean up.
Driver arrested after crashing truck into family's NE Side home
"I came down, saw smoke, took a step off of the step and saw that the wall was missing,” he explained. "There is a black pickup truck sitting in my dining room and I'm like, 'Dude why are you in my dining room?'"
SAPD: Drunk driver plows truck into house
The driver was eventually found and police said he was charged with DWI. As dramatic as the wreck was, no one in the home or the car were injured.
A driver was arrested on DUI charges after smashing into a North Side San Antonio, Texas home. The driver was leaving his girlfriend's house on Grenadier Way when he lost control of the vehicle. He hit the curb of a cul-de-sac and plowed into the living room of a house. Nobody was hurt, however the accident caused substantial damage to the home.
