Woman dies in wrong-way crash, driver facing charges, police say
An officer attempted to get the attention of the driver of the pickup but the driver of the truck would not stop and was swerving in the westbound lanes. That's when, police said, the pickup struck the Chevy Impala head on.
Barajas was critically injured and was transported to University Hospital where she later died.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, 57-year-old Petronila Barajas was heading east on Highway 90 when her car was hit head-on by a truck.
The driver of the truck had just passed a patrol officer, who was also trying to stop him. A police report indicated the officer's dash cam caught the accident on camera.
