Driver slams into abandoned boat on Loop 410; car bursts into flames
San Antonio police said a man was driving west bound on Loop 410 near Marbach Road Sunday about 1:45 a.m. when he veered into the shoulder and slammed into an abandoned pontoon boat.
Officers on the scene said the vehicle burst into flames upon impact. San Antonio fire fighters rescued the man from the vehicle and extinguished the fire. He suffered several non-life threatening injuries to his body.
