It's SATX, the best third world country you'll ever find north of the border.  The utter lack of urban planning/traffic engineering, applied ignorance of the driver handbook/lack of driver education and the utter apathy/lack of traffic enforcement, has combined to ensure SATX is one of the deadliest places on the road in America.  Bexar County permits construction of 2000 houses and 100 businesses at intersections on roads that haven't been maintained since 1836, they open schools and theaters in areas with massively inadequate infrastructure and then start construction to build the roads after-the-fact.  Completely backwards and incompetent.  I saw a driver weaving, driving far under the speed limit and constantly stepping on the brakes in the left lane. When I passed him I saw it was a SAPD patrolman.  So, who do you call in SATX for that?  This is a backwards, corrupt and dangerous city that tries to pretend it’s a safe tourist destination for families, think twice.  Until SATX starts to ticket the Magoo’s that can’t signal, steer, accelerate or brake you are just pieces of meat that they pick up off the road, killed by the moron that should not have been driving in the first place.  If only there was traffic enforcement in SATX, maybe fewer people would be dead.
