Chicken farm worker run over, killed by fork lift
Investigators believe when the operator of the fork lift came to a stop, the victim slid down the side of the fork lift and underneath the front tires. The driver did not see the Rene fall and thought the victim had jumped from the fork lift to go back to his work area. The fork lift driver then backed over the victim on the ground.
