Lieutenant Lahoma Vaughn with the Burkburnett Police Department says 49-year-old Jesse Torres the 3rd was driving northbound on I-44 near 240 and for some reason dropped off the road and across the median, flipping his vehicle three times across the southbound lanes and striking another vehicle.
