West Point man dies in 3-vehicle crash on SR-193

Police have identified a 37-year-old man who died in a three-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon in Clearfield. Clearfield police Lt. Kelly Bennett said that the victim, Casey David Archuleta, of West Point, was driving a eastbound Nissan Sentra when he was struck about 4:30 p.m. by an out-of-control, westbound Dodge Dakota near State Road 193 and Center Street. Bennett said that a moment before, the Dakota had been rear-ended by a Ford F-250 pickup truck making a turn onto SR-193.
