Green River woman dead in rollover
A news release from the Utah Highway Patrol said Taylor Johnson died as a result of the noon accident on state Route 191 about 8 miles south of Crescent Junction.

A 19-year-old Green River woman, Taylor Johnson, died Sunday after she was ejected from the vehicle she was driving and hit a rock. Johnson's car was headed south on State Route 191 when she lost control and rolled several times. Law enforcement agencies have not determined what led to the crash.
