One person was dead and two others seriously injured during a Thursday morning rollover accident in southwestern Salt Lake County's Butterfield Canyon.

It happened around 11:15 a.m Thursday. Police say a white Mazda ran a red light and T-boned a white Dodge truck carrying three female Herriman High School students at the intersection of 14400 South and Mountain View Corridor.
