Kayden Cresswell, from Moab, was driving a Chevorlet Cobalt northbound when he crossed the center line and crashed into a Toyta Tundra, head-on around 7:30 p.m. Cresswell was not wearing a seat belt and died on impact, Utah Highway Patrol said.
